Protection that can continue beyond year one.
First yearA one-year CoMech labor warranty and one year of Comfort Club membership are included with qualifying new residential equipment.
Years two through fiveThe labor warranty may remain active through the fifth anniversary when the monthly Comfort Club membership continues without a lapse.
Manufacturer parts coverageParts warranties are separate and vary by equipment manufacturer, model, registration and maintenance requirements.
Your signed proposal and installation agreement contain the final terms for your specific equipment and control if they differ from this summary.

Routine maintenance, filters, accessories, utility problems, misuse, damage, pre-existing conditions and work outside the covered installation may not be included. Call CoMech for the terms that apply to your project.
